Exchange Policy

If there is anything wrong with your order, PLEASE reach out to us. We would love the opportunity to make it right. 

If you decide to replace or exchange your item/s please WhatsApp us at +63960-446-5162 or email us at hello@theprojectperfume.com and write “REPLACE / EXCHANGE” as subject or an introduction and include your order info. such as, your name, order ID and a picture of the item/s (required), so we can guide you through the process.

Please note that this only applies for a full enough bottle and must be returned to their original packaging within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery. We will use the delivery date on the tracking code as the starting date for those 10 days. After this time, no exchange will be accepted. We can only process this request once per order for a fee, depending on your chosen courier. So, you can exchange as many items as you'd like, but they must be sent in the same return package (under one return label and form*).

Exchange fees are generally the customer's responsibility. However, if the exchange is due to a product issue, we will cover the fees, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

*Please include the return form included in your order inside the return package.

IMPORTANT: NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY. However, exchanges are accepted. To exchange a product with a more expensive, or with a cheaper one, please mention it when you contact us. Be prepared to pay the price difference if the new item costs more than the original one. The exchange process is a one-time event, and the exchange cannot be returned.
