Welcome to The Project Perfume! By accessing or purchasing from our website (theprojectperfume.com), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

The Project Perfume is an online fragrance store operating in the Philippines. We specialize in inspired-by fragrances made with high-quality oils sourced internationally.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and prices accurately. However, slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payments must be completed at checkout through the available payment options on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping applies to orders worth ₱2,000 and above. Orders below this amount will have shipping fees based on our courier partners’ rates. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
The Project Perfume is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable once placed. Members may exchange items once per order with free return shipping. Non-members will be charged ₱500 per order to cover return and delivery. Accepted refunds (if applicable due to special cases) will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging.

6. Membership Program

Signing up automatically enrolls you as a free member. Members enjoy exclusive perks such as discounts, promos, coupons, and one free exchange shipping per order. Membership has no expiration or hidden fees.

7. Safety and Precautions

Our perfumes contain high concentrations of fragrance oils (30–50%). Do not apply on sensitive, damaged, or inflamed skin. If irritation occurs, reduce usage or discontinue immediately. In case of an allergic reaction, stop using the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and product names, belongs to The Project Perfume and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Collaborations and Partnerships

We welcome collaborations with celebrities, influencers, and individuals who inspire others. If you’d like to partner with us, please contact us through our official channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Project Perfume is not responsible for lost, held, stolen, or damaged packages if the address is incorrect. Please double-check your shipping address and other information before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse the return, refund or exchange of products if the company identifies negligent or bad faith behavior in purchases. The decision not to accept the return of products will be made after a careful evaluation of the customer's behavior to protect the integrity of our commercial policies.

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of products. Always use perfumes as instructed.
